The main exception is a machine that has non-servicable parts either because they are proprietary, or because they are hard-wired into the machine.

Computer repair can be done where and when it is most convenient for you. We leave that choice to you.

1. Make and Model of the machine you want serviced
2. Operating System and Version (ex: Win 98SE, XP Pro)
3. Any virus detecting software you are running on the machine
4. Type of internet connect you use
5. Approximate start date of the problem and what you have done to try and correct it
6. Brief description of what the symptoms are that you are experiencing
